Commercial Description:
This Special Ale is, in reality, a reconstructed exhumation of the very first ale that we ever brewed way, way back, in 1993. Brewed with a big head, a muscular malty thorax, a silky texture & all strung together with a hoppy sweet nerve sack... yum. O.G. 1.072 84.2 IBU

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Bierkönig. Clear, amber golden with a dense, creamy, beige head that leaves quite some lacework. Sweetish aroma of caramel and peaches from the aroma hops. Medium-bodied with fairly sweet caramel with a dry, hoppy finish from the aroma hops. 120108

Bottle, 7.6%. Sweet caramelly hoppiness in aroma. Clear red copper colour, small white head. Caramelly tea flavour with a good sweetness and a little pepper. Aftertaste is slightly rough, but does well to cleanse palate.

clear red, thin head, big sweet carmel malt aroma followed by lots of citrus hops, light sweet malt flavor with just the right amount of hops, nice bitter finish, tasty but a bit too light

clear dark red, nice bit of lace, carmel sweetness, otherwise same as before

drink it good and cold and it is not as thick but still has the big hop flavor on a rich carmel malt base, best colder than warmer

when warm it thins out and the alcohol shows up and ruins the party
