12 oz. Bottle. Coppery colored with a medium off white head. Aroma has a bit of pine and some toasted crystal malt character. Flavor emphasizes the bittering hops, but has a solid malt profile to keep it from being harsh. Some toasted biscuit flavor and mild sweetness are detectable through the hops. Mouthfeel is well done, beer doesn’t feel too thin or heavy on the tongue. Finish is largely bitter and lingering. Another solid brew from Lagunitas.

Jul 11, 2008 12oz bottle. deep amber pour with a small tan color head. Smells mainly of pine hops with a bit of citrus. tingly medium bodied. caramel, tropical fruit and a light smokiness. somehow has a bit of a cola taste to it. finishes with well balanced bitter hops. really like this one. K-7.5

Jul 9, 2008 Bottle (35 cl) from Ølbutikken. Hazy lcopper with medium tan head. Caramelly malt aroma with some prunes, along with floral, citric, and piney hops. Medium bodied and smooth. Very well balanced, long bitter finish.

Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber-orange colour. Light malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.
