3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber pours a very dark brown with lasting tan head and good lacing. Nose is full of roasted malts and hops. Aroma is not as hoppy as I first thought it would be, but has dark chocolate, toast, molasses, and coffee. Taste is slightly salty at first, then sweet, and finally a little drier and hotter in the finish. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. Body is medium plus. without very much carbonation. Overall, this is a very good, somewhat unusual Imperial stout, which I think has 80% of the delights of the best ones at less than half of their price.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma is chocolate/dark chocolate and a good hint of acidity. The flavor is chocolate, dark malts, fruit and a bitingly acidic/slightly bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle found in fridge. Pours a dark brown, almost black, but not quite. Aroma is strong malty, burnt sugar, molasses, more like a barley wine than an imperial stout. Taste is dry, smooth, some more burnt sugar, but missing the strong chocolate and coffee flavors. Interesting beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from bottle. Dark brown with light head. Malty, roasty, slight coffee, slightly acidic, fairly smooth considering the abv. Pretty good for the price.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours dark Amber with light brown head. Head retention is ok. AROMA: roasted malt, slight coffee note, smoke/peat, chocolate, alcohol, raisin and light hop bitterness. FLAVOR: roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, alcohol, smoke, raisin, spices, hop bitterness, peppercorns and very light hop citrus. Amazing tasting Imperial Stout at a price that can’t be beat. Definitely an easy brew to stock up on and the high ABV makes it an easy one to cellar. Kanpai!! Cheers!! Salud!! Prost!!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Can’t believe I haven’t rated this one yet. Looks like any imperial stout, dark and opaque. Roasted malts and chocolate in the nose with a hint of black licorice. Taste continues these flavors, but not overpowering as some other imperial stouts. Has a pleasantly surprising amount of sweetness to it that offsets the bitter aftertaste slightly. Solid overall and reasonably priced in my area.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Goût de houblon et café qui change drastiquement en chocolat. L’amertume se prolonge sur ces arômes avec un côté amer. Excellente.

One of the best Imperial Stouts I have already tried.... I fell down the bottle, and it has opened.... To do not lose it, I drunk about 18/19°c... Amazing!

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This beer presented a heavy aroma of roasted malt. The appearance was dark but creamy. The taste was all sweetness at the first, quite molasses like, with a burst of roasted malt on the finish, like espresso. The finish was long and mildly bitter. This is a good beer.
