Mad_Indian (731), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA May 11, 2008 Bottle from Canals. Golden orange pour with a one finger thick head. Nice hoppy aroma witha sweet pine citrus flavor. Not a bad IPA. This company is pretty solid. phishpond417 (164), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA May 11, 2008 One of my favourite IPAs out there. How could you not love a beer made from 43 different hops?! Very citrusy, bright, vibrant floral aromas compliment the attractive amber coloured body. pine, grapefruit and nectar tastes. ChrisJ (87), Denver, Colorado, USA May 10, 2008 Bottle @ home. Pours in golden with a respectable two finger off white head. The aroma is classic IPA, slightly sweet and I can already smell Cascade hops. The flavor is spicy with a dominant pine hoppiness that is very nice. This beer is very smooth on the palate, mouthfeel is medium to light. The finish is hoppy bitterness but very clean. This is a very sturdy IPA that is a nice ensemble with all parts working very nicely together. WallyWalrus (136), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA May 10, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a very effervescent coppery amber with a good off white head. Aroma is light and sweet, with scents of citrusy hops, yeast, grain, and floral notes. Taste is fairly full and creamy, with a strong hoppy character (not a terribly bitter one, either) balanced out by additional hints of malt, dark fruit, and grains. A nice IPA -- good and hoppy, but balanced enough that it’s not mouth-puckeringly so. Bhops (89), Dallas, Texas, USA May 10, 2008 draft at flying sauce in ft worth. Big hoppy aroma.. nice amber appearance, very smooth and well balanced for all its hoppiness
