This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Aroma of citrus, undertone of evergreen. Ripe apricot color with virtually no head. Starts with malt supported by piney hop. Arguably some citrus hop. Medium mouthfeel. Finish is rough malt balanced by hop bitter. Dry finish. It floats my boat.

Pours an orange amber with a nice white head. Aromas of Citrus and Pine. Flavors of a fair amount of hops. Good IPA.

bottle. From memory so I don’t have any description. It was a nice solid IPA though and i would try it again. Citrusy and floral but pretty balanced I think.

Bottle. Thick, frothy, cream colored head with stunning lacing. Smells of citrus, oak and hoppy malties, not over the top, but pleasant none the less. Smokey, tart, malt, hops, pine combine well for flavor. The carbonation was strong, with a tart feel and a dry finish.

a nice copper color....herbal piney aroma...nice smooth flavor, definitely like most west coast IPAs with its pine and citrus based hop flavors...however, not nearly as potent as many west coast IPAs...i guess you could call this a good session IPA.

Copper color, from a 12oz bottle, off white head. good citrus taste, however almost a malty mid taste as noticed by others, not really enough citrus puch for me, hence the lower rating, a good beer, but a little too much malt for a higher rating

Poured into a standard pint glass. Appearance is the usual IPA colour, with lots and lots o’ floaties in it. I should have been a little more careful with the pour, but no matter. Good offwhite head retention. Has that typical, but damn tasty west coast citrus/pine punch. I found the finish to be a little too astringent for my tastes. Good malts, medium body with oily hops helping it slide down the pipe. Overall a really solid west coast IPA. I bet this would be a damn fine session brew fresh on tap.
