COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with thick head. Aroma is grapefruit and hops, very pleasant. Flavor is grapefruit and floral, very crisp and refreshing. Cleans palate with very little aftertaste. A good, sessionable IPA.

Pours a completely clear light amber color with a thick creamy head of 3 fingers. Aroma of spicy hop. Really nice aroma. Flavor is typical of a west coast IPA. Spicy, pungent yet crisp. I haven’t had a standard ipa in awhile. Something seems a little off, but that could just be me. A nice IPA. I might have to revist again in the future.

Golden color with a white head. Aroma is dominated by some nice citrus and assorted hops. Flavor is a nice hoppy mix of citrus and some floral/pine, plus a fairly sweet malt backing. Pretty good.

Bottle from whole foods in san fran. Pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Citrus and hops in the nose. Grapefruit and apricot dominate the flavour, before leading to a refreshingly crisp finish. This is excellent stuff.

12oz - Aroma is citrus hops and a summer wind through a pine forest. Pours cloudy orange with medium head and good lacing. Flavor is interesting with the pine, citrus and earthy hops blending together with caramel and some sweet malt to balance it out. Palate is crisp and smooth. Just different enough to stand out and pretty tasty too.

Pours a hazy orange with a small amount of foamy white head. Aroma is sweet and mild citrus hops. Mouthfeel is a bit light and watery. Flavor a bit dry and slightly bitter and mild hop finish. Overall, just a mediocre ipa.

Bottle: Poured a rusty copper with off white thick head. The aroma is hoppy with yeast. The taste was full of malts and a hoppy gritty finish.

Bomber. Copper in color, thin head that laces slightly. Great balanced nose, lots of hop but the malt is there. Flavor follows accordingly. Quality IPA.
