This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

hazy orange with some sediment, nice amount of white foamy head, good hops nose, not overwhelming, but nice, very citrus, crisp body, with a nice balance of malts to combat the strong hop quality, nice session IPA

Hazy copper color with a thick, lasting head. Sweet orange citrus and malt aroma. Citrus hops nicely balanced with the malt. Finishes with a hit of piney bitterness. Nice medium body. A pretty straightforward IPA but very good.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2011 very grassy and resiny hops in this one. very flavorful and zesty on the tongue with a moderate but assertive bitter finish. sweetness in the flavor but it compliments the rest very well, this is a very balanced IPA, bold and nice flavors while still being pretty easy drinking, having a smaller body than something like a SN torpedo. in this case it’s a good thing. as long as you can find it fresh this one is a definite winner

12-oz bottle. Copper color with a persistent thick head, white with orange lacing. You first notice the nicely hopped aroma as a promise of complexity that will be unfortunately not fulliflled. A very well balanced, very capable IPA. If i had to chose among many macro-brewed IPAs i would pick this one...

Bottle. Golden orange color, not particularly hazy, white head. Aroma is of grassy hops, a hint of citrus. Taste is pine hops, caramel malt, strong hop bitterness, again a hint of citrus at the finish. They come a lot better than this.

The beer crystal clear and orange w/ a a head which dissapears fast. A lot of bitter flavor in the fast finish. Not too hoppy andmid strong in flavor. A good IPA
