COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Dorée orangée quasi limpide, amertume modérée mêlée d’une petite note caramel, agrumes et fruits jaunes. Bouteille 33cl achetée chez Chop’In, Paris, France, bue le 20/08/2016.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2016 Draft at Beer Wars... Off-white bubbles.... on top of a crystal clear polished copper. Aroma is cranked up citrus pine and summer flowers Only malts I’m picking up on is a little biscuity goodness.. maybe some toasted grains...but I could be imagining things. Good balanced bitterness fighting against a good lite caramel/toasted grain back... finishes with a minerally fruity hoppy flavor that I tend to associate with Amarillo hops... I have no idea if their are Amarillos in this one. Very nice mouthfeel .

Bottle - clear, heavy carbonation, golden yellow / orange with large white head. Strong fruity orange aroma. Slight ting on tongue and in mouth. Sharp bitter finish.

Arômes de houblon frais persistants. Robe dorée claire avec mousse abondante, compacte, durable et collante. Malheureusement ce sont là les points forts de cette bière au goût un peu trop timide dans le style de la bière (agrumes, floral).

Bottle. Nice hazy golden appearance with lasting head. A malty ipa. Caramalt, pine some cirtus and some orange in the taste and the aroma. Medium bitter. I like em more hoppy and bitter, but a decent brew.

In my opinion, this is the gateway IPA for newbies to the style. An oldie but goodie that is always a reliable fallback choice. The malt shines through more than the hops making it a PG-13 IPA by today’s standards. Mildly herbal, spicy and mostly biscuity to slight toasty malt on the nose. The flavor imparts a friendly hop bite that is citrus and floral enveloped in a toasty sweet malt character. Seems more English style inspired than west coast.

Alla spina. Una IPA classicissima, vellutata e dissetante con un marcato uso di luppoli "americani" che ne fanno un complemento dissetante e perfetto per accompagnare una bella cena in un pub.

Bottle at home. Clear dark golden, thin white head. Sweet malts, citrus fruity, grassy, resiny sweet and medium vegetal bitter, some grapefruit zest. Full malty body, heavy oily/gelly texture, soft carbonation. Nice but not amazing. Less fresh hops and more malt than expected.

Piwo klarowne w kolorze bursztynowym z dosc obfita piana ktora pozostawia ladny lacing na szkle. W aromacie owoce tropikalne, cytrysy i ananasy. W smaku zywiczna goryczka na srednim poziomie. Czuc slody karmelowe i troche biszkopty. Wysycenie na srednim poziomie. Piwo dosc gladkie i przyjemne ale przydaloby sie troche wiecej chmielu zeby wszystko zaostrzyc.
