This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

12fl oz bottle poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint. Sparkling Amber with a ton of offwhite head. Aroma is slightly fruity while the flavor is biscuit and hops. Less hoppy than typical IPAs. Decent brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours orange with small white head that disappears quickly. Highly carbonated. Very hoppy as you’d expect from an IPA. Citrus fruit is prominent - grapefruit. Quite dry texture. Bitter. Nice

On tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a clear, orangy golden with a big, white head. Aroma has lots of juicy, fruity hops, light caramel, pale ale malts and a piny hop note. Taste has a nice, subtle sweetness, gets more dry and finishes off pretty bitter. Medium high carbonation and an oily body. Rather simple compared to the insane amount of ingredients.

Clear golden, white head. Aroma has pine and passionfruit. Similar flavour with subtle caramel backing. Lasting bitterness but otherwise a bit too light.

From tap. Pours dark amber with a light white foam. Aroma is hops and a bit of citrus. Taste is hops, citrus, caramel and malt. I’m a little confused with this beer. The carbonation lacks a bit, but overall a fine brew.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2016 Tap@Søernes. Pours almost clear light amber with offwhite head. Aroma of light malts, biscuit and has a resinous, fruity hoppiness yet sweetish. Taste is light malts, biscuit, light toffee and a fruity, resinous, citrus hoppy character with a crisp balanced bitter finish.
