COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet youíre on.

Solid ipa, nose is very impressive with citrus flavors. Flavors come in a little less robust and finish with a woody character.

This is a great, well balanced IPA that is crisp and refreshing. Not overly malty or overly hoppy, as some might complain about with certain IPAs. I am not averse to imperial IPAs or IPAs that are stronger or happier than this one. Iím just saying that I enjoy it as much as my benchmark favorites, which often run quite strong, malty and hoppy. I really like this beer. Perhaps I am not off the charts to the far right of the scale in my preferences anymore. This brew deserves to be very popular, as it is served everywhere these days. It is well crafted and satisfies even a hard nosed, hop-head, high gravity beer snob like me.

Every once in a while, Iíll have that IPA that just hits the spot. Incredibly balanced with 43 different hops, you can pretty much taste the whole variety. Pours dark yellow with a medium head, good lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine, spices. Flavor is smoothly carbonated with plenty of citrus flavors and hop bitterness. If I had to recommend an IPA to a person whose never had one, it would probably be this one, even though itís more along the bitter side.

Bottle from Fulton Market NYC. Giallo ambrato, quasi dorato limpida. Schiuma beige fine non molto persistente. Aroma non troppo intenso fruttato, citrico, scorza díarancia e aghi di pino, caramello, malto. Gusto abboccato, piuttosto amaro, senza eccessi, lievemente acidulo. Media carbonatazione, poco corposa, piý calda dei sui 6,2 gradi alcolici. Abbastanza rotonda. Piena. Equilibrata ed abbastanza armonica.

Pours clear golde. Nice hop aroma of pine. Taste is also hoppy, pine dominating. As an ipa should be.

First time in the U.S. - ridiculous at my age - but a good chance to try some great beers in their natural habitat, from the tap. This is good - grapefruit, peach and orange with a solid bitter finish. Medium body, typical IPA look.
