This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet youíre on.

Fine white head, slightly hazy orange golden body. Dominating grassy and earthly aroma, not very bitter. Sweet fruity notes. Flavor is also fruity with bready notes and an underlying bitterness. Not the most interesting IPA, rather macroish and ordinary.

(From a trade with Dark Elf-thanks) A high quality ipa. The aroma starts with a powerful hint of brandy that faded in only a few seconds. Ordinary appearance; short lived head, gold in color. Different flavors all related to hops. There is dry grass and some citrus, with a dry finish.

Bottled: Dark golden/amber coloured. Clear. Dark beige dense head. Lasting. Flowers, fruit, herbs and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour is malty and sweet with a herbal hoppyness. Is quite grassy. Well balanced and medium bodied. Is medium bitter in the end. Quite good one.

12 oz bottle. Pours out clear amber, with a fluffy, two finger tan head that lasts and lasts. When it finaly does start to recede, it leaves rings of sticky lace.
Aroma is sweet malt up front, with some grapefruit and orange oil as it warms.
Flavor is lightly malty, around some citrusy hops.
Finish is mildly bitter.
Nicely balanced, will definately buy again.

Hop aftertaste that tastes good at room temp, thatís what makes a good product. I highly recommend this brewery.

Poured a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus grapefruity hops and fuity sweet malt underneath. Malt at front and back, before the moderate sized bitter finish, with grapefruit rind running down the center. Medium bodied. Didnít expect this to be so good when I picked it up.

Pours light brown with a nice white head. Aroma is fruity hops. Taste is full of hops with a great malty back to it. Full mouthfeel. Somewhat piney. A great IPA.

This one is unique. Itís not like itís west coast brothers...this IPA has a different malt profile and hop character than your typical west coast style IPA. Maybe this has more English IPA style to it...I need to try more of those. The aroma is malty with a bit of alcohol coming through. Taste is much the same...toasty malt and good hop flavor. These hops are all flavor and no bittering or aroma...to bad so sad. Still, this in an IPA thatís on my regular "BUY" rotation.
