This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Pours an amber yellow color with a white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, and hops. Flavor of grapefruit, passion fruit, pine, and a quick bitter hop ending. Very nice!

Bottle from Target. Pours a light copper with a medium white head. The aromas are grass, citrus. The mouthfeel is dry and bitter with a light body and great carbonation. Cheers!

Aroma is light. A little malty. A little fruity but not so bad. Appearance is very bubble but amber. Lighter amber. Looks a little weak. Taste is watery. Lighter. A hint of malt on the finish. Some pine hops on the back end. Palate is wet. Lighter. Lingering pine note seems a bit off. Overall a pretty good IPA but nothing special. Definitely not the most flavorful IPA... Almost drinks like a session but maybe that’s because I love super intense beer. Idk lol

Nice smell. Perfect color. I like the carbonation. Taste is a hoppy, but with a watery mouthfeel. Has an aftertaste that is not pleasant. An average IPA.

12 oz. bottle. Lots of retention on a mostly clear gold. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, pine hops and toffee.

The taste palate is a little watery. Flavor has some nice spicy and citrusy hops with plenty of pale malts to balance things out. Caramel malt mellows out the hops. Pine notes in the backend. Medium body, high carbonation and slick. Real clean finish. Bitterness doesn’t linger long.

Overall an average IPA that is easy to find and not short on flavor. By today’s crazy DIPA standards this is pretty tame and could serve as a bridge beer for a friend that is just learning about IPA’s.This could seem rather boring for the extreme hophead.

Draft @ Three Fires. Sweet creamy vanilla and hazelnut aroma ... what the hell? No, I wasn’t imagining it, everyone else at my table got the same thing. At least I like vanilla and hazelnut, so it smelled OK to me, but not what I expected from an IPA. Clear brassy gold with a large off-white head, thick lacing. Caramel malt, orange, and herbal hops flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Hopps right up the nostrils, boom! Taste is smooth and very easy to keep drinking, solid ipa.

Keg @ Euston Tap. Fresh, fruity, invigorating.. a massive bold taste, excellent mouthfeel and a great teasing bitterness. Awesome stuff.

On tap at Hopcat E.L. Nice ipa, I would say middle of the road. Not the best, not the worst. Would try again.
