This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2016 Tap@Søernes. Pours almost clear light amber with offwhite head. Aroma of light malts, biscuit and has a resinous, fruity hoppiness yet sweetish. Taste is light malts, biscuit, light toffee and a fruity, resinous, citrus hoppy character with a crisp balanced bitter finish.

4oz sampler @ VCBW 2016- Day 3. Very bright citrus attack, soft lvl-5-sweet toffee malt. Orange jolly rancher candy (surprise!). Super subtle crisp green hops, lingering for the finish. Mild background tangy. Good flavour, solid, and a nice surprising orange flavour.

Clear golden colour with big, but quickly diminishing head. Medium intensive aroma of citrus, floral and multivitamin note with light malty background. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter with medium long bitter/sweet finish. Soft to medium carbonation. Medium body. Solid IPA.

Sample at brewery. It’s pretty, has a great head, full mouth feel and a good finish. But it tastes like its trying to do too much so ends up confused and tasting like general floralness with some slight pine.

Bottle from Thirsty the Beer Shop, Singapore. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is tropical citrus fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry fruity woody hop resin palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation.

Pours a clear gold with a thin head. Aroma has notes of pine, biscuits, and citrus. Tasting notes include cedar, mango, and more biscuit malts. Not bad, nicely crafted.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.
