COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

355ml bottle. Pours golden colour with two finger white frothy head. Strong hoppy, citrusy nose - grapefruit and orange predominantly. Slight smell of pine towards end of nose. Oily yet smooth mouth feel. Upon tasting, initially hit with citrus notes (strong grapefruit yet not so much orange until later into drinking) and maybe slight caramel, which subside to a more bitter piney note. Really lovely stuff. Highly recommend.

Draft in a bar in San Francisco. Nice golden colour with a small White head. I expected more hoppiness from this beer. But nice and well balanced

On tap at Cobb’s Landing, Ft. Pierce. Golden amber color with a white, frothy head with good retention. Nose is rather weak, taste is malt forward with a hint of hop bitterness on the back end. Highly drinkable.

A well-rounded, highly drinkable IPA. Has a richness that mellows out the hops.

On draft. Orange amber hue with nice fluffy white head that leaves a healthy lacing as I drink. Sweet caramel malt flavors with some biscuit and bread also. Hop flavors are a mutt mix as it seems to have a little bit of earthy and herb to the citrus and piney without out one standing out. It is a good beer.

Hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is grapefruity, citrusy, piney. Taste is following that: citrus fruits and pines, the bitter bite is not too harsh. Easily drinkable. Good classic IPA.
