COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Supprisingly good, nice almost floral aroma, balanced. Just what you would expect from a good IPA. Hoppy but not in your face with it.

My best rating as of yet. Overall great IPA. Not overly strong, but good balance. Plus, the brew looks great and smells appealing. Time to get a room, lol.

12oz bottle. Pours a gorgeous, cyrstal clear bright amber with just a little visible carbonation and a thick foamy head that lasts. Aroma a big warm hops over bread with a little citrus in back. Flavor gentler than expected but carries forward a soft but bitter note that emerges slowly, then mellows to a well balanced aftertaste with no bite. Overall one of the most easily sessionable IPAs in memory. A fav.

Amber pour and a white head. Aroma is of faint scallions, piney, grass, and citrus. The onion character is somewhat of a turn-off for me . Taste is piney, sappy, grassy, and slightly citrus. Finish is excellent: crisp, clean and dry.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured a nice and clear bright orange with a medium white head, bubbly and with lots of lacing. Aroma is pine and citrus but it is not as strong as I wanted/hoped a bit faint. Flavor is very hoppy nice bitterness to it balanced with sweetness from malts. Very smooth and drinkable, loving it.

Golden orange pour with a medium tannish head. Aroma is grapefruit and pine, but muted. Same with the flavor, though there’s some added sweetnessand some floral brightness. Finish isn’t as bitter as I like from an ipa, but it’s not balanced or sweet either. Odd. Decent beer, but not my favorite product from one of the better breweries in California.

Draught at bar. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits, pine and resin. Nice crisp body with hops. Dry bitter finish with grapefruit. Very nice IPA.

Clear copper pour. Medium sticky white head. Lots of lacing. Piney and grapefruit hop aromas most prominent. Not much of any malt character comes through the very hoppy aroma. Flavor is similar to aroma. Pine and grapefruit flavors most prominent. Mild sweetness comes through. Citrusy floral hop flavor in finish. Not as dry as I expected. ---Rated via iPhone

Golden pour big fluffy white head with thick lacing. Aroma is hoppy good citrus notes a bit of sweet grapefruit and a touch of pine followed by some sweet caramels. Full well coated palate. Flavor is lightly bitter finishes clean a bit piney in the aftertaste otherwise some tart grapefruits and a very light sweetness. Lacks a bit of balance but a good clean IPA.
