This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Clear copper pour. Medium sticky white head. Lots of lacing. Piney and grapefruit hop aromas most prominent. Not much of any malt character comes through the very hoppy aroma. Flavor is similar to aroma. Pine and grapefruit flavors most prominent. Mild sweetness comes through. Citrusy floral hop flavor in finish. Not as dry as I expected. ---Rated via iPhone

Appearance is light golden, standard pale ale look. Aroma is hoppy but not dank, fairly clean but definitely got that American sweetness in the nose. Taste is good, nice and hoppy but nothing too powerful, bitterness is there and about the right amount which is nice. There a is a touch of sweetness but not as much as the nose would suggest . Mouth feel is just right for a pale ale and finish is good and clean. Good beer overall, just not sure about the sugars in the aroma.

tasting-decent ipa, most noteworthy part-citrus variations from strong to sweet, worth a try.

Bottle. Pours clear medium amber, foamy white head. Hops with slight grapefruit and or pine aroma. Not the typical IPA bitterness, actually a little soft. IPAs aren't my favorite but this one I like. IBU 45.6 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Clear amber with a good frothy head. Fruity. Juicy. Loads of citrus. Maybe a little Floral. Moderate bitter that doesn’t overly linger. Hops are showcased but enough malt backing to keep a really Nice balance overall. Pink grapefruit. Mango. Peach. Tangerines. Pineapple. Really liked this. Super good.

Bottle from Petaluma Market. Golden brown, lively looking beer. Aroma is of peach, pine and some honey. Taste is medium bitter for an IPA, tropical fruits hit the senses pretty quickly. It’s tasty, it’s pretty smooth but it’s not a world beater. Tasty stuff nevertheless and pretty refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with minimal head and average lacing. Aroma is typical IPA with citrus and pine notes. Flavor is not as pronounced as the aroma. A little spice, honey, citrus, and pine. Very smooth and drinkable. Good but not great.

Mild citrus, mango, pineapple, some grapefruit. Taste is very balanced and mellowed out, no prominent maltbody whatsoever. Straight up hop juice, not very bitter.

Bedankt broertje! Helder oranje-amberkleurig bier met vlokjes gist en wie kraag. Geweldige geur van lychee en meloen. Smaakt ook erg goed, heerlijk fruitig en mooi bitter. Goede body en carbo. Top IPA!

the lightly bitter start breaks off into a fairly alcoholic taste. It has strong pine flavor. It’s not really bad, but I wouldn’t get it again.
