COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet youíre on.

Tried this on tap at the Yard House in Lone Tree, Colorado. Piney, floral hoppy aroma. A drop kick to the taste buds with the hops selection and a nice bitter (lingering) aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a mid-to-light amber. Nose is a resinous-piney with some malt, very different form the usable cascade-accented west coast IPAs. Sweetness and maltiness nicely balance the hop bitterness. The hop flavor isnít as complex as one of the very best IPAs, but this is quibbling. Pleasant bitter finish with no harshness in the aftertaste. This is a terrific IPA. And itís available in 24-packs at CostCo.

33 cl bottle, Ann Arbor, MI, USA. Clear gold, sweet honey-pine aroma. Sharp hop flavour, honey sweetness, then a long mellow pepper citrus finish.

O.K. My on -off relationship with Wetherspoons takes another swing:. Having paid £4+ a pint for some fairly ordinary "craft " beer in Newcastle, we called into the Tilley Stone, Gateshead on the way home for a last one, and they sold me a 355ml bottle of this for £2.50p. Now this is not the greatest IPA ever brewed, but itís certainly up there in the premier league, ticking all the boxes. Robust, a goodly dose of hops proper ABV: Unless íSpoons have something Iím more curious about, my default drink there from now on. However, I HATE the commercial description and wish terrible things on the sun-kissed Californian bubble-heed what wrote that shite. And yes, I am a cheapskate.

Bottle at the Crown Rivers, T5, pre US warm up and one Iíve had many times but never got round to rating 07/11/14. Clear golden orange with a decent off white head that collapses to a swirl and edgeing. Nose is floral, juicy hops, pine, bitter citrics, grapefruit, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, pine, floral hop, grapefruit linger, tangy citricana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with semi aggressive hop bitterness. Solid IPA.

355ml bottle, pours clear light golden brown, small white head. Aroma of caramel malts and resiny hop with light citrus notes, floral and spice leading into a long dry bitter finish. Tasty
