This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Bottle poured into tulip. Appearance is golden copper color with good sized off-white head. Aroma is a lot of pine, with some citrus also. Taste is still a lot of pine, though there is a nice bit of malt as well. Palate is smooth and not too carbonated. Overall, not a bad brew, but not the best IPA I’ve had either.

So that’s what 43 different hops tastes like! To be fair, not bad at all. Classic American IPA. Plenty of citrusey, piney bitterness with a little exotic fruit to match the sweet malt. Good stuff.

Solid ipa, had it too many times. Got some good aromas and balanced very well. Nothing special though, but nevertheless good beer.

Can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this before..... I’ve drank the shit out of this all summer and in the past. Looks like beer. Aroma is nice but mild, malty aroma, caramel, some pine, finishes with astringent. Taste is way better. Lemon, smooth, good stinging carbonation, bitter lingers. Love this beer it has tons of flavor and so easy to drink.

Pours golden, nice white foam. Aroma is fresh. Grassy and herbal. Taste is also aggressively herbal and grassy, hopped up. Feels quite light and not very alcoholic. Classic sample of West Coast IPA.

Keg at Ox184. Yellow pour, slight haze, white head. Hoppy citrus nose. Medium body, sharpish fizz. Bitter and citrusy. Always good.

Robe blonde et limpide. Mousse peu. Très résineuse. Zeste d’agrume et pamplemousse. Herbale. Arrière goût de marmelade. Amertume marquée. Longue en bouche. Une très bonne IPA.

Draft at the movie theater. Times are a changing. Lovely Ipa, balanced and does not overstay its welcome. Lively carbonation. Better than the movie. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from ’Spoons so, naturally, its probably 10 years old. Pours an amber colour with a slight head which soon recedes. Aroma is malty and earthy. Taste is earthy, malty, slight spruce, some herbs, caramel and medium bitterness.

IPA konkretne dosadne i bardzo goryczkowe. Przypominialo mi to IPA bardziej w stylu Angielskim niz amerykanskim. Smak gorzki mocno gozki, slodowosc niewielka, pianka takze minimalna, naturalne malo nagazowane. Klarowne. Ale smaczne i tresciwe gorycz doskonale w upalne popoludnie gasila pragnienie. Takie zawsze sobie wyobrazalem dobre IPA, i to wlasnie takie bylo. Polecam
