COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet youíre on.

This beer starts with an aroma of grass clippings and pine. It pours a clear amber, with a thick white head and good lacing. The taste is of a strong malt beginning, with a pine and bitter finish. It does have a fairly heavy palate for an IPA, but it fits well with the style. One that just recently became available in my area, and a good recommendation for a session ale.

Poured from a few bottles scored from the back of someoneís fridge who wasnít using them. Orange side of amber about a fingers worth of white collar. A bit of tropical, some bitter, sticky, overall tasty and very easy drinking. Now that they have put this in a 12-pack and made the price competitive with all the commercial swill out there, and got it into grocery store displays, I can see this being more of a go-to. Iím still partial to their higher alcohol more character offerings, guess they have to make some for the light weights.

Not my favorite from Lagunitas, but this is still a really enjoyable beer. Good, if not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma of grass, pale malts, lemon zest. Taste of same with a minty herbal undernote. Finish is semi-dry with astringent citrus bitter bite.

So thatís what 43 different hops tastes like! To be fair, not bad at all. Classic American IPA. Plenty of citrusey, piney bitterness with a little exotic fruit to match the sweet malt. Good stuff.

Solid ipa, had it too many times. Got some good aromas and balanced very well. Nothing special though, but nevertheless good beer.

Canít believe Iíve never reviewed this before..... Iíve drank the shit out of this all summer and in the past. Looks like beer. Aroma is nice but mild, malty aroma, caramel, some pine, finishes with astringent. Taste is way better. Lemon, smooth, good stinging carbonation, bitter lingers. Love this beer it has tons of flavor and so easy to drink.

Pours golden, nice white foam. Aroma is fresh. Grassy and herbal. Taste is also aggressively herbal and grassy, hopped up. Feels quite light and not very alcoholic. Classic sample of West Coast IPA.

Keg at Ox184. Yellow pour, slight haze, white head. Hoppy citrus nose. Medium body, sharpish fizz. Bitter and citrusy. Always good.
