Bhops (170), Dallas, Texas, USA May 10, 2008 draft at flying sauce in ft worth. Big hoppy aroma.. nice amber appearance, very smooth and well balanced for all its hoppiness
Bungalo22 (225), Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA Jul 26, 2008 Poured into a pint glass and it pours an amber color. It has a very nice head that disapates about half way down the glass. It is consistant and well balanced through out. There are strong hop notes in the flavor and the aroma. The malt backbone helps mellow the hoppiness and makes it a bit sweet. It doesn’t sit well on the palate in the long run but it is good drinker none the less. sja14 (51), Ohio, USA Jul 20, 2008 Amber color with creamy off-white head. Sweet and hoppy aroma with hints of earthy and piney spice . Pretty mellow flavor with an IPA. Obvious hoppiness but really mellowed out by caramel maltiness. A nice smooth IPA that almost seems more like an Am. Pale Ale. rds (70), USA Jul 20, 2008 Small white head site atop a clear dark golden brew; not too strong on the hoppy side or the malt side. A real nice IPA. PhatB420 (37), Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA Jul 20, 2008 Nice IPA, quality beer here, great hop aftertaste like a casacade of goodness flowing through your mouth. Makes me happy. jkaiser (53), USA Jul 19, 2008 Impressive IPA. Tons of hops. Makes it sharp bitter, but the abundance of malts balances and saves this one from the junk pile. Good. Not great, could be better. Add some spcies and fruit and you got the money.
