This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear amber/golden color with a marginal amount of white head (little lacing). Aroma is mostly of pine. The flavor is a bit of a disappointment; there is a definite hops character but the beer is not very bitter. It’s a little light on the finish. This is a pretty drinkable IPA--there’s just not that much bitterness there but also not much distinctive flavor that would make it a great beer. There’s much better IPAs out there.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Carolina Ale Works in Columbia, SC. The aroma is citrus and pine, very nice. Appearance is a golden amber color. Taste is a nice hop blend with citrus as the backdrop. Overall, this is a very good beer. Highly recommended

Bottle. Small head with a clear medium body. Unusual mixture of hops and fruitiness. Slightly different but just one of many beers of this type.

355ml bottle. Pours golden colour with two finger white frothy head. Strong hoppy, citrusy nose - grapefruit and orange predominantly. Slight smell of pine towards end of nose. Oily yet smooth mouth feel. Upon tasting, initially hit with citrus notes (strong grapefruit yet not so much orange until later into drinking) and maybe slight caramel, which subside to a more bitter piney note. Really lovely stuff. Highly recommend.
