COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From the first day of the first mash of the first recipe in the first space to this oasis 13 years on the road; We have worked hard to walk in the footsteps of our hero brewers. The Esteemed brewer of California’s best Pale Ale, the Noble Brewer of the planet’s only legal Steam Beer, and Oregon’s Rebel Brewer from Newport. Thirteen years down the road, we have found our own voice as brewers but our admiration for the Great Ones has not dimmed one bit. If we walked well down the hero’s path ourselves, perhaps we too have been an inspiration for others. Beer is a Bronze Age business and we feel honored to have left our footprints on its path into history, at the same time leaving our flavors on your buds. Thanks for your trust over the years and we hope you enjoy this specially brewed Hi-Gravity Auburn offering. Beer Speaks. People Mumble! O.G. 1.085 76.92 IBU

Pours a nice copper, one finger white head that disspates leaving some nice lacing. Aroma of malt and hops, very pleasant. Bitter and hoppy up front and malty with some biscuit. Very nice.

Truely lucky to find this one. Instantly became a fan with the great balance of malts and hops on the nose. Creamy texture of toffee, caramel with the piney, citric notes. How long could this age?

Much better than the first red ale of the evening. Much better than what we are currently drinking, that’s a no brainer. We think we may have seen boobs, so apperance is awesome. The rating system is messed up, so our ratings are as follows: aroma: 13 appearance: 13 taste: 13 palate: 13 overal: 17 - because let’s face facts, 7 is more than 13. Overall, we approve of the name. ~3 of 13

Clear dark amber colored with a medium white foamy head and good lacing. Floral and grassy aromas, citrus, pine, maybe some melon, and caramel. Tastes like citrus and pine with a good balance among sweet malts, bitter hops and alcohol. Round beer. A strong bitter earthy finish.

Aroma: citrus, floral, amber. Appearance: amber orange, white foam head. Taste: medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, lively. Palate: mildly astringent. Overall: Served in a Pint glass at the Fresh Craft in Denver, Colorado. Very lovely to look at. A nice off-white/white head. A medium-dark amber color. Lot’s of citrus and floral in the aroma. First taste burst with citrus, which smoothed out with subsequent tastes. Mildly astringent throughout and maintained its carbonation and taste to the end. Not a fade away at the end.

Great big beer. Well balanced and very drinkable. I felt like it lacked some mouthfeel, but went right back to the store and bought out their supply. Well done

An interesting beer. Nice golden color, rich frothy head and an sweet aroma. Has a nice hoppy taste with a sweet fruit finish. At 8.9% alcohol not so much of a session beer but tasty none the less. I suggest trying this one as I will be picking it up again soon.

Full of taste, bold, and hoppy as hell. Carmel color pour with lots of hop aroma. Thick off white head and excellent lacing in the glass. The bottle identifies this as a Red hopped ale but this is a dark Imperial IPA in my book. Citrus aroma and hit upon first draw - still some caramelized grain and hop hit - the alcohol is there on the finish but does not burn --- very smooth. Second and third draw just makes the mouth water for yet more and it gets better every time. One of my favorite ales right now - nice malty/hop balance. Insane - get this ale!!
