Bottle from Kroger.Pours red with an inch of frothy beige head. Heavy hop aroma: lots of citrus and pine. Taste is citrus, slightly burnt malt, light bread. Aroma is better than the taste.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Amber body, medium head. Lots going on, with caramel malt that shows tropical citrus notes as well. Hints of warm rye bread add nuance. This finishes with a blast of dry, bitter hops that overwhelm the rest, although the heat is covered well.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice hoppy malty aroma, very balanced. Light crimson color with a dense white head. Taste is hoppy on the verge of bitter yet sweet enough to achieve good balance like it has in the aroma. Great slick palate with a slight tingle of carbonation on the tongue. This was great, I just wish it were easier to find.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Aroma of hoppy malt. Clear medium amber color, smooth off-white head, stripes of lace. Taste is typical light IPA - caramel malt followed by hops on a medium fizzed swallow. Pure and unadulterated. And pretty good.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Yumm! What a delicious ale. Sorry I only got the one bottle now. As everyone knows, this pours an orange-red with a big head that dissipates. Pretty overwhelming hop aroma, along with bread and citrus. Its got a good, filling mouthfeel with ample carbonation and a real burst of flavor. Caramel, grapefruit, warm alcohol, dark fruits and sugars, followed by a mildly bitter hop finish. A really well balanced and enjoyable brew. Lagunitas does it again.
