Jun 14, 2008 magnum bottle, came out of the bottle as a classic IPA does - nice amber hue, thin head which dissipated in snifter quite quickly. Aroma of piney hops that follows through on the palate with a mild carbonation full of piney turned sweet hops with kudos to a malt backbone. Second time tasting, second time enjoyed.

Jun 12, 2008 Deliciously hoppy. Aroma is very sweet, somewhat syrupy. Color is a bright orange, has a thin head. Flavour is bitter, sharp, sweet. Mouthfeel is smooth with a strong bitter finish.

First Impression: great aroma, good taste, nice color and presence. Good price. Aroma is pine, flowers, lime and grapefruit. Visuals are everything a great IPA should be. Copper body, highly carbonated, nice lacing, off white head. Taste is hoppy, pine, lighter texture, not overwhelming - very nice. Palate is fluid, sweet & bitter taste buds active, medium length finish. Very enjoyable. Second Impression - a very nice example of IPA, for a good price.

Jun 6, 2008 Found a bottle in the grocery store singles section. Nice amber with orange hues. Good hop nose. Nice sweetness quickly tempered and beat down with a hop awesomeness.
I’m so glad I picked this up.

Jun 4, 2008 Rather hazy amber-orange, diminishing head. Very hoppy on the nose, with grass-clippings and citrus. Thick body, moderately sweet, with a wonderfully bitter ending.

Jun 3, 2008 22oz bottle, pours clear orange/amber with a foamy, creamy off-white head that lasts and leaves some nice lacing. Aroma of pine, caramel malt, and citrus hops...very nice aroma. Taste was a bit sweet, citrusy, and hoppy. Not as hoppy as I expected, which I’m OK with, as I’m not a huge hop-head. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery, not as rich as I expected. Quenching, though. Overall, a very good IPA.

aroma of sweet hoppy goodness, and hop flavor that is strong but not too bitter. nice carbonation and decent mouthfeel, more bitter aftertaste that requires another sip to cool it down.

Jun 3, 2008 Orange/copper without much of a head, but it is there. Nice citrusy hops on the nose, but they werent as strong as I was expecting. Body is quenching but not a complete thunderfunking slam of hops in my mouth- which ordinarily is ok for me but I was in the mood for my face to be melted. That said, this was still a well constructed and balanced brew, worth returning to.
