COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At the height of the heat in the heart of the summer, we felt that the only cure was a raging mouthful of fresh hops and malt. Caution: May remove enamel from teeth. This is Lagunitas IPA pumped up by about 30%!

US trip Aug/Sept 2009 - Nice zesty grapefruit, slightly flabby with malt weight but hop bitterness cleans the whole thing up nicely.

22 oz. Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber color. Light white head. Pleaseant aroma of hops and malt. Taste is well balanced between hops and malt. Good beer. Recommended.

Poured from a bottle, like a hops lollipop. Beautimous appearance, pushing a sweet, sugary smell into my nasal passages...like a (sugar) frosted pinecone. Taste belies the sweet smell, giving the lucky imbiber a hit of hoppy glory. It hurts so good. This is a fantastic beer from a solid brewery.

lefossoyeur (245) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 9, 2009
Slightly hazy golden with a thick long lasting white creamy head. Light nose of hops on the fruity side (apricot, nectarine), delicate but appealing. Full bodied with a terrific mid-palate saturated by a massive dose of hops that leads to an evrlasting finale of sundried apricots. Un délice... Tasted side by side with 3 floyds Alpha King, it outclassed it by miles in every aspect.

Blond-Amber with thin, white head. Citrus, orange, grapefruit, and mild grassy aroma. Grapefruit, caramel, and mild grass flavours. Balanced with medium dry-hop finish.

12 oz botte from BarleyWine. Clear, deep reddish colour, nice head with good retention. Smell is choco-orange, tangerine, with a solid malty backbone. The malt gives off sweet notes after the hoppy aroma. Taste is hoppy and malty, well balanced with a subte bitter finish. Very yummy, would love to try again.

12 oz bottle. Crystal clear topaz with a bone head; lots of lacy sheets. Nose is orange peel, tangerine and mango with hints of banana. Creamy, tangy and spicy with some nice hop resins. Taste is orange juice concentrate, maple, caramel and pine. A sweet treat with a subtle bitter finish.
