Bottle: Thanks Soren:
Medium sized sticky vast creamy white head, changes slowly into a closed creamy white lacing on top of an almost clear orange amber colored beer.
Smell hops, hop fruit, citrus, grapefruit, nettle, cornflakes, oatmeal, some hay, cream.
Taste hops, barleys, corn, hopfruit tints, light grapefruit, orange, peach, mango, honey, nettle, light bitter, creamy, some vanilla, floral.
Aftertaste honey, grass, cream, barley and of course hop, hop fruits and light hop bitters.
Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, good medium to lightly fuller body and a creamy texture.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a slightly hazy, dark golden orange color with apricot edges and a one finger, white foam head that quickly settles into a lasting ring. Rings and spots of soapy left behind.
Earthy, floral hop aroma with some grassy pine and oily resins countered by a faint citrus fruit presence and a sweet malt backbone. The malt presence is a bit stronger than I expect/prefer with hints of caramel, toffee, biscuit and cracker hindering the grassy hop character.
Medium body with a blast of dank, earthy hop bitterness that lingers over hints of sweet tropical/citrus fruit and a caramel malt backbone into a bone dry finish. Better balanced and more complex than the aroma suggests. Dry and sticky with grassy pine, spruce tip and resinous hop oils followed by hints of juicy grapefruit, orange pith, pineapple and mango. The intense hop profile is countered by a malt backbone with strong caramel sweetness, toffee and toasted bread. The malt presence is stronger than I usually prefer but in this beer it provides excellent balance without hindering the complex hop flavors. The high ABV is excellently masked with a touch off boozy sweetness in the finish but there’s no heat to speak of. Complex, flavorful and dangerously drinkable. Another very solid beer from Lagunitas.

A wonderful vibrant burnt orange with a creamy and lacy bright white head. Stone fruit hop aromas, with a hint of pineapple too and sweet malts - mainly toffee. Well balanced, great malty flavours - biscuit and crumble with some nice tropical hop favours, pineapple and grapefruit. Nice and dense, creamy mouthfeel and well carbonated.

Very good strong IPA. Good price. Golden Amber with a full body. A decadent beer if you will. Very hoppy grapefruit Beginning but immediate balance with a creamy caramel ending. It can be very filling.

Btl pours a beautiful clear golden color. Big tight compact head the slowly fades leaving lots of lace on glass. Aromas of pine, citrus fruit, earth and some dankness. Tastes of grapefruit, lemon zest, sweet caramel and evergreen tree sap. Thick body, coating almost sticky mouthfeel, good carbonation and a bitter finish. This beer is sweet but the hops balance it out nicely. Alcohol content is hidden very well. Bold fresh hop aromas and flavor make this beer very enjoyable!

12 oz bottle - pours a clear copper color with a thin soapy like head. The aroma is lighter than I would’ve guessed but still has some pine, citrus zest, peach and a hint of caramel malt. A mouthful is bitter and smooth. Mostly standard IPA flavors with a good malt structure.

Bomber pours a clear orange/amber color under a thick bone-colored head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is full of piney hops and caramel, with some citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is bitter upfront, with lots of caramel sweetness in the middle with a dry, slightly dank finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Body is medium to full with average carbonation and a slightly oily mouthfeel. I’ve enjoyed this one several times (thanks to Lagunitas’ reasonable bomber pricing) and can’t believe I haven’t rated it until now. Along with Hop Stoopid, this is one of my go-to IIPAs.

Flaske 330ml fra Systembolaget Kiruna. Drukket på Rundvannet 2 Aug 15. Gyldenbrun. Middels høyt skum som flater fort ut. Litt lacing. Dempet ferskenaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken litt syrlig. Hint av sitron & fersken. Tørr bitter avslutning.

Look; off white head, clear amber golden body. Aroma; resin, pine, peels, fruity malts, grapefruit.
