COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At the height of the heat in the heart of the summer, we felt that the only cure was a raging mouthful of fresh hops and malt. Caution: May remove enamel from teeth. This is Lagunitas IPA pumped up by about 30%!

Dark straw color. Thin head. Smells floral. Wonderful hop flavor....grassy and floral. This is an awesome IPA.

Pours a nice light copper color, aroma very pronounced, citrus, nice lacing very light colored head, medium (?) body, very smooth. Hard to believe it has the IBU and ABV rating it does. Definitely an above average IPA.

22 oz into glass. Clear bright copper. Nice white head pretty stable with decent lacing. Aroma of pine and citrus. Maybe passion fruit? A hint of hops. Taste refreshing with moderate residual bitterness from the hops. Can't believe it's 8.2 abv. Or that it's 72 IBU. A fantastic IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tried this in a 20 oz bottle my son bought me for my birthday. For an IPA I was quite amazed, it was very pleasant, had a more than expected floral flavor which improved the normal IPA bitterness. My son bought it at World Mart in Keizer.

Aroma: sweet notes, appricot, honey, passion fruit. Appearance: hazy amber color, thin white head. Taste: high bitterness (passion fruit), citrus notes, malty, something like honey notes, semi-sweet. Palate: full body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Really good IIPA, really drinkable and complex.

Typisches Imperial IPA. Exotisch hopfig, dazu Karamell. Mango, Grapefruit, Orange im Aroma und Geschmack. Insgesamt leider zu bitter.

Refrigerated 12 oz. squat bottle poured into s a snifter. Clear Amber with small off-white head. Aroma is light herbal hops and malt backbone, medium/thick body, low carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is bitter hops and strong malt backbone. Lots of flavor, but not that hoppy.

Good colour, clean aroma with notes of cereal and citrus with slight resinous overtones. Smooth yet snappy entrance to palate, with more zesty citrus backed my good malty notes with distinct resinous overtones. Strong.

12oz bottle. Light hoppy nose. Typical double, decent balance, though not enough to mask the abv.

Creamy heading, light amber colour, lots of hops on the nose, creamy mouthfeel, less hops than the nose, more malty. I like it though!

Fairly good. Dank and fairly bitter. I remember other bottles as way more of tropical fruits, could this be batch variation maybe?
