COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At the height of the heat in the heart of the summer, we felt that the only cure was a raging mouthful of fresh hops and malt. Caution: May remove enamel from teeth. This is Lagunitas IPA pumped up by about 30%!

pours light amber with a white head. aroma is sub par.. tastes piney, citrusy, pretty much like a regular IPA but a little stronger. I can think of many other ipas id rather have, but this is still pretty good. far from the "raging mouthfull of hops" that it claims

Pours red-orange with a nice fluffy creamy head. Pleasant piney grapefruit aroma. Nice hoppy kick, but drinks pretty smoothly. Decent beer.

Poured from a 22-oz bottle into a glass. Pours an orange-gold, really nice coloring. A very solid IPA. Hoppy, but not overpowering. Caramel malt on the finish. Very good - about what I’d expect from Lagunitas. I could see myself drinking a few of these.

Citrusy nose with nice hoppy aromas. Nice mouthfeel with a good hoppy flavors of citrus, grapefruit, grass, resin and herbs. Lovin it! :)

22 oz bottle. Small aroma of pine and hops. Poured a bright copper with a small quickly vanishing white head. Flavor began to approach DIPA standard and held its ground throughout. A little rough on the palate, but not unexpected. Overall a workmanlike ale.

This is a beer site, and Im tired of talking about beer the way wine people talk about wine. Who cares how it smells, what color it is and all that jazz. Bottom Line, this beer Rocks! It is truly the gladiator of IPAs in my opinion... Maximus, Maximus, Maximus....Rose petals fall around the 6 pack, and the king...gives the thumbs up!

Very flowery hops with a nice aroma and great flavor. The hoppyness is well balanced and not very bitter. The cereal grains are very nice and balance the beer well. Very nice hoppy fruit flavor balanced with grain. This has to be the most enjoyable IPA I have had!
