| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 15, 2009 I was hammered at my brother’s bachelor party the first time I tried this, so now I’m trying it again while coherent... the hop aroma is slightly subdued for the style and mixed with malts and hints of candied prunes, raisins, molasses, etc. (an interesting mix). The flavor isn’t quite as bold as I usually like from this style, but all in all it’s pretty tasty. adrian910ss (1437), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 6, 2008 Bottle. Nice aroma of pine, citrus, caramel malt. Flavor keeps some strong, fruity malt, but the hops are a little less pointed in the mouth and turn to more general spiciness/bitterness. Still, not oppressively bitter, and has a particular, bitter finish that can be a blessing or a curse. Very nice. Gr0ve (1428), Oslo, Norway
