COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is not the original Pale Ale as brewed in far away 1993 in the back of the Old House of Richards Building in West Marin hamlet of Forest Knolls right next to little Lagunitas. It is way better. Back then the beer tasted like broccoli and kerosene and the carbonation ate right through and drained your stomach into your gut...

Nice, very nice! Wish I had one more, was to tirsty, so I forgot to let it settle:) But, it has a great golden look, a tiny head, nice balanced hoppy smell almost perfect. The taste is refreshing, it's one of those beers you can enjoy a sixpack a day:) Have to do this one more! SetesAle - "It's in the fridge" (A beer for the future)

A really hoppy pale from lagunitas. Pours a glad ark yellow in color and is really smooth. Had at the brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a clear dark golden appearance with a cream colored head. Aroma has some cracker and toasted malts with some slightly dank, herbal, floral hops. A little bit of caramel malts in the flavor, fairly dry overall, light to moderate bitterness, and herbal / floral notes. Some pine / resin in there as well. Pretty drinkable with just slight sappiness on the finish.

Bottle from CVDMV: Appeared a solid golden liquid filled with a lot of sediment while a forthy head rested on top. Aroma is somewhat hoppy but the malts smell old and judging by the appearance and smell of this pale ale, it clearly is past its shelf life, but at the same time, it might have expired only a few weeks prior. The drink has a big chewy malt backbone and although the malts have started to turn into a gloopy malt mess, they taste of hops still makes this is a drinkable pale ale. I only wish I had tasted it fresh since Lagunitas is one of the breweries that knows how to make really good pale ales.

Flaska från Systembolaget. Klar guldfärgad vätska med vitt skum. Doftar och smakar blommig humle med citrustoner. Tydlig beska som dröjer sig kvar.
