Commercial Description:
We brewed this Special High Gravity Cream Ale in serious celebration of the return of the salubrious Spring... With the long dark days of the Season of Damp nearly behind us and the possibilities of a long languid Summer ahead.

Poured from 12 oz bottle, medium amber/copper. Formed nice off white foamy head. Aroma of hops, ocean water, malted suger candy. Flavour of hoppy bitterness with a malted tone. Floral essence comes through, very nicely done. Good, tasty beer. Would love to try the on tap version too.

Pours golden with a quickly disipating off-white head. Fruity malt aroma with just a hint of hops. Creamy texture. Reminds me of a belgian beer with its fruity caramel malty flavor with a mildy bitter hoppy finish. Can barely the detect the rather high abv which is a good thing.

Bottle at Kuma’s. I must say, this was a nice surprise. Very freshing and hoppy. our is deep copper with a very hoppy nose. taste is a bit sweet and floral with a good, smooth bitterness to follow it up and dry it out. Nice beer and a pleasure.

Clear, syrupy body with little head. Strong floral hop aroma with a slight tinge of malts. Stinging nose w/ carbonation and hops abouding. Great hop profile, but not much else in this brew. Since Lagunatis is all about the hop, I guess this is their version of a cream ale. After a while, this turns into more of a cream ale, but I think they could do better.

Bottle... Poured amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet and tangy with buttery malt grains and floral hops. There’s a mini hop eplosion up front with biscuit malt to balance. The beer finished with the presence of alcohol.

Cool looking frothy, slightly off-white head, which dissipates evenly over the transparent orange color of the beer. Rich fruity aroma, slightly citrus. Slightly hoppy taste. Plenty of malts. Not that creamy, compared to ’real’ cream ales. A little bit of fruity sweetness. Medium body. Taste is not excessively complex, but nice and hearty.

Bottle. Honey colored pour with an off white head. Has a nice floral hop aroma and taste. I really like the flavor, a nice balance of sweet and bitter, with a really nice dry flowery finish. Great beer.
