Commercial Description:
We brewed this Special High Gravity Cream Ale in serious celebration of the return of the salubrious Spring... With the long dark days of the Season of Damp nearly behind us and the possibilities of a long languid Summer ahead.

Nice creamy brew which gives the impression of caramel, pines citrus, fresh bitterness in a good way. Nice and good!

Bottle from Canals, Coppery pour with a red hue and a white head. Fruit aromas with a citrusy pine. A little thin for my liking but a nice sweet malt malt flavor with a mild bitterness that has a decent blend. It;s good.

Bottled. Served a little under room temp.Poured light amber with smallish head and a little light lacing. Aroma of caramel, & piny hops. Medium mouth feel with moderate effervescence. Flavor was malty up front, with a decent punch of hops following. Pretty good beer. Would drink again...next spring.

Bottled. Hazy light amber coloured with a medium sized head. Somewhat malty with notes of pines, citrus, caramel and a hint of spices and dryness in the end.

Cloudy yellow appearance with a decent white head. Light, sweet aroma is malty with notes of caramel. Fair amount of carbonation on the palate. The flavor is malty and sweet up front with just a touch of peppery bitterness at the end. A good beer that is quite drinkable considering the alcohol content.

Flaske. Rødlig gul øl, med et lille skum. Udmærket duft af humle, og en god smag af det. Ikke så meget bitterhed men kunne evt. være fordi den ikke var helt frisk. Det eneste problem med denne øl er at mundfylden er en kende tynd.

Good sized light orange head of creamy bubbles. Settles slowly. Light citrus and orange aroma. Kind of dry with a bit of spices. Medium orange in color. Dry and bitter flavor. Lots of bitter hops with some light malts and orange again. Bit of harsh roasty bittenress late swallow but it is short lived. Some floral notes and pepper. Finishes dry and bitter. A decent brew.
