Nose is stringent hoppy-ness. Flavor is just an absolute kick in the mouth of piney, syrupy, heavy duty hops. And somehow, a nice creamy edge seems to peek through and show itself. This is a cream ale after all. Feel is smooth on liquid. Very good level of carbonation. Overall extremely drinkable. This is not like your standard cream ale here. This one carries a lot more hops and a bigger kick in the mouth. But overall it is very smooth and is very easy to drink.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jan 13, 2008 Living in a college town in the Midwest, my life is spent searching for beer. The other day, we drove almost two hours to another state to find some goodies we can’t have at home. As thanks for spending my hard earned money, the owner gave me a Sirius. It’s the little things in life that count, no?
The beer has a bit of alcohol (high gravity) and a nice ale taste. I guess I’m drinking a bottle out of season and dated (that’s how free beer works), but the tastes are still there. Lagunitas gives me that lift I need when my life is dragging...this almost did the trick. larstangaa (104), Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 10, 2008 Bottle courtesy of jimbowood. Pours a clear dark golden color with small floaties and a medium white head. Interesting aroma of floral, piney hops with biscuity malt and caramel. The flavor isn’t over the top, but there’s a pleasant piney hops presence balanced by the biscuity malt and caramel, there’s very mild bitterness in the end. The body is medium with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. I didn’t expect much from this beer, but it’s quite good, thanks Jimbo! Enjoyit (1707), Vadum, Denmark
