Commercial Description:
We brewed this Special High Gravity Cream Ale in serious celebration of the return of the salubrious Spring... With the long dark days of the Season of Damp nearly behind us and the possibilities of a long languid Summer ahead.

Pours with a golden/amber body, mostly dead, beneath a full and foamy head the color of pale flesh. A sour grassiness greets the nose but an underpinning of grapefruit and florals is nearly strong enough to push it back. Notes of honied-graham cracker. Flavor has sourness trumping the bitters with a grapefruit onslaught... so much so that I’d like to add a teaspoon of sugar. Very thick-bodied. I suppose this is well-made, but I really regret buying a full six-pack.

Rerate - OK, this is better the 2nd time. Fruity flavors with a hoppy finish. Maybe cherry and orange? I don’t know but that seems right? Easy drinker. I imagine this would be better on draught.

when i first smelled the beer i thought it smelled like spinach. being the person that i am spinach didn’t sound too appealing at the moment. it actually turned out to be a pretty decent beer. it’s not the best but it is highly drinkable in my book.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange/golden with a lasting one finger off white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus, light malt, and light pine hops. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium slightly resiny mouthfeel with a fair amount of bitterness. Very good.

You know, if you take a "cream ale" and brew it to high gravity, and then load it with hops, you don’t really have a cream ale anymore, just an average IPA.

Pours a cloudy orange with a tiny little white head. Almost glows a little bit. Very fruity aroma, some orange, pineapple, cinnamon, and a litle spice. The taste is slightly bitter with a sweet cinnamon character. The spiciness really overpowers the fruit in the flavor, although it was somewhat noticeable up front. Prett interesting and flavorful brew. Real easy drinking and refreshing. Pretty good.

Nice hoppy nose with a sweet fruity character to it. Amber color with plenty of white head. Bitter hop body a dry finish and a sweet malty mid palate.

New to Tampa. Pours very nice with a lusterless honey colored body supporting a two finger thick white head that is mostly lasting. Fruity/hoppy aroma is a mix of white fruits and citrus with a whiff of pine resin. The fore is very fruity with almost tropical notes and gobs of citrus. You can feel the hop oils wrapping around your tongue. There is a bit of caramel malt in there too and the finish is warm with alcohol and a mix of hop and alcohol bitterness.
