Appearance: Poors a nice orange color, with a lasting creamy head.

arona is strong, i could easily sense it while pouring. sweet, hoppy, caramel, citrussy notes. after sitting a little while, the aroma gets a little more bitter, and a little more cellary.
flavor is smooth, hoppy , slightly spicy, caramelly, sweet, ends sweet and bitter in a good mix. mouthfeel is soo soft. everything about thsi beer is great. not first time lagunitas made something i really like a lot. mcjay (301), Neenah, Wisconsin, USA Feb 22, 2009 Copper color with a medium white head. s- nose is dominated by sweet citrus hops (mostly orange), some subtle pine and grass tones
t- surprisingly bitter hoppiness for a cream ale, but nicely balanced with smooth malts, warming alcohol sensation, bitter and lasting aftertaste
m- medium-bodied, slightly oily with lively carbonation
d- i found this to be a strong, hoppy beer that is uncharacteristic of this genre, fairly smooth, but I wouldn’t drink more than a few in a sitting jkwalking05 (1483), Arlington, Texas, USA Jan 30, 2009 Light amber in color with a decent head. Very much like an IPA more than a cream ale. Hoppy with some citrus. Crisp with some slight caramel.
