Mild fruity esters. Good floral hop bouquet, fresh. Mild sweetness of biscuit or some toffee. Neutral fruits. Orange or citrus oils with a bit of resin. Orangish-amber body, slightly hazy, with very thinnest of wispy off-white heads. Not any lacing present. Medium to heavy watery body, not quite oily, but definitely more substance to it than a fortified lager, for example. Mild to medium carbonation. Starts with a nice presence of fresh hops flavor and some biscuity sweetness. A mild carbonic tanginess persists, but it taken over by a nice orangy-fruity character with some resinous hop oils to bitter. Bitterness strengthens as the mild sweetness dissipates, leaving a final after that’s dry but not overly chalky or astringent. This is a pretty good strong ale.

Clear copper color with lots o’ bubbles. Big white head ads to the creamy texture. Smells of fruit and a little pine. Someone said apricot and peach fruits and i’ll give it that. Taste is of caramel sweetness from the malt and the hops come through at the end for a nice little bite at the finish. Tasty brew perfect for spring but a little boring and young.

Pour a cleaer copper color. Aroma is a spicy, peppery hop aroma and mild caramel malt. Very slight head. Taste is citrus hop, with some fruitness (apricot, peach.?) and caramel malt. I was thinking this wasn’t really a cream ale once I tasted it.

I may have got a bad one, but I ’ll rate it anyway. Poured orange with Zero head. Had a very nice aroma mostly of vanilla and a little hops. Flavor on this was knida flat and watery with notes of of caramel, hops, malt and pine. I will not buy this one again, I might try it on tap though.

Bottle. Poured clear orange amber color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate complex caramel malt and sour citrus hop aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.

an off very light orangish copper color w/ a tall fluffy white head w/ some good lacing. light aroma some sweet carmels whip creme, and a nice citrus hop. Palate is full well carbonated and lightly creamy. Flavor is very odd.. a light lactic taste some light carmels some heavy whipping creme, some citrus touches of bread and a nice dry sweet finish. Alcohol is unnoticed. This stuff is odd but really quite good. I’ll buy and drink again.

12oz bottle. Hazy brown with a red orange, and golden yellow descending tints. Spotty white head. Slight ring. Citrus hop nose. Light malt character. Medium and sweet. Bitter hop bite. Caramel toffee malt flavor. Finish is dry bitter and lingering. Really nice hop flavor. As it warms, the caramel sweet sticky malts really start to shine through.
