This one tastes much like an IPA to me with heavy hops and just enough malt to keep it from being really overpowering. It has a light to medium body. Good. Suttree (2702), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Sep 27, 2008 Imperial Cream Ale? Now you’re just makin’ shit up. Clear orange, malty sweet aroma - pineapple or something like that. Some toasty notes, too. Flavor is sweet, as well - fruity, with some bready notes. As it warms, the dryness in the finish becomes more evident.
