Commercial Description:
We brewed this Special High Gravity Cream Ale in serious celebration of the return of the salubrious Spring... With the long dark days of the Season of Damp nearly behind us and the possibilities of a long languid Summer ahead.

On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Pours a medium amber with sweet malt aroma with some underlaying bitterness. Flavor is caramel malt driven with nice pungent hop bitterness in the finish

12oz bottle from Jans Wine and Boos #1 (Tampa, FL). Pours a dark amber copper color with a thin white head. Little lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, hops, some spice. Flavor is much of the same with stronger hoppy and bitter notes. Generally light to medium body with a sweet, malty and bitter finish.

Off the hand pump at Union Jack’s. Clear amber with a nice white head. Grapefruit, peach, caramel, and apricot nose with some burnt sugar. Sweet, yet balanced taste, with subtle spice and bitter, pungent hops. Nice, creamy palate. Not bad.

The pour is a nice light amber with a small head. Nice citrus hops on the nose, very bright and crisp. Taste is that of nice hops, with a nice malt taste. Body is medium to full. I’ve had this before and enjoyed it a bit more this time around.

Bottle, 12 fl. oz. Pours an unclear amber colored beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is caramel, sweetness and notes of alcohol and hops. The flavor is bitterness and caramel with some fruits. The mouthfeel starts with hops/bitterness and ends sweet. The overall impression is complex and interesting.

12oz - Aroma of pale malts, straw and grassy hops. Pours transparent gold with a medium head and good lacing. Flavor matches aroma with a touch of honey. Palate is creamy with some tartness. Not a bad brew.

bottle at Ft Wayne locals tasting - Pours orange with a one finger lingering white head. It has a mild hop aroma. This one tastes much like an IPA to me with heavy hops and just enough malt to keep it from being really overpowering. It has a light to medium body. Good.

Imperial Cream Ale? Now you’re just makin’ shit up. Clear orange, malty sweet aroma - pineapple or something like that. Some toasty notes, too. Flavor is sweet, as well - fruity, with some bready notes. As it warms, the dryness in the finish becomes more evident.
