Sep 6, 2008 12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a huge light tan head. Pinewood dry hops aroma with a mild spie accent coming through. Citrusy and pinewood hoppy initial flavour with a mild berry accent following. Mild caramel malty sweetness to. Lingering fruity and light finish with a light uplifting note from the hops. Mild sweet caramel malty into the far finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Feb 11, 2008 Bottle, 7.6%. Dusty, grassy hop aroma, quite malty. Hazy copper colour, small white head. Distinct bitter on the front of the tongue, not unpleasant. Quite malty. Hint of liquorice flavour? There seems to be a little soy in an otherwise OK finish. Creamy carbonation. Quite flavourful, but hides the alcohol well, even though it could have done with less alcohol.
