Strong pine resin aroma. Pours clear effervescent light gold with a thick foamy bright white head that fades very slowly leaving foam on the glass. Soft mouthfeel with strong pine and citrus flavors and a grassy hint. Strong hops bitterness but is better balanced than the aroma would lead one to believe.

Pours clear golden amber with a long lasting head. Has that unique Lagunitas aroma. Sweet malt. Lots of earthy, spicy hop aromas. Really nice refreshing, crisp, clean taste. Really prominent malt backbone, hoppy taste, and a nice bitter finish with a little alcohol at the end. Great balance. This drink really comes together and Lagunitas shows us that it really knows how to put a DIPA together without going overboard on hops, sweetness or ABV.

Bomber. Cant believe I havent rated this already. Clear copper color. Aroma of caramel and minimal hop pine. Flavor is borderline too sweet but there is a pungent bitterness. Pine and apricot.
