Oct 30, 2009 Updated: Nov 14, 2009Bomber. Nice golden color with a nice white head with long lasting lace in the glass. Aroma is nice and hoppy to the nose. Taste is hoppy, but well balanced considering the label says 102 IBU’s. Finishes clean with no bitter lingering aftertaste.

Oct 29, 2009 Found the 22oz. bottle at my local Specs in Conroe. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head and only drops of a lace. When poured the aroma lets you know this brew lives up to the Hop part of its name. There’s a burst of fresh citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, and floral hops as well as some sweetness from caramel malt. The same goes for the flavor. This is very hop forward; grapefruit, tangerine, pine, and floral. The bitterness lingers on the palate for some time. Medium bodied and enjoyable and the 8% alcohol doesn’t hurt.

Oct 29, 2009 At a tasting, thanks Zvikar, clear dark yellow colour, aromas of mandarine and honey, overpowering citrusy bitter hoppy. Extremely hoppy but also extremely one dimensional.

Oct 29, 2009 Robust in aroma and taste, the smell can overtake you. Nice balance as it is spicy, bitter, and fruity all at once. Big white fluffy head. Alcohol not that noticeable.

Oct 28, 2009 Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Zvika. Clear honey-golden color. Aroma of pine needles, resin, cookies and caramel. Flavor kicks off slightly sweetish and malty with fruits and continues bitter and hoppy with some pine needles. Medium-bodied.

Oct 25, 2009 Bought in bottle at our new Wholefoods store.I think they have the best good beer selection in town.This one had a fairly strong body.Nice Ipa hoppiness.Had a good Ipa aroma and appearance.Pretty good Ipa.I will try again.
