3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Had this one At the Eastaide tavern about 3 weeks ago and have been waiting for the release of this one every day scents. I think this is one of the most floral hop bombs this brewery has put out yet. Its like hop stupids little brother with more of a grapefruit twist and much more easy drinking. Don’t get me wrong I worship the brownsugga every year but hopefully they start releasing every year also. Please

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2013 Golden color in the glass with a nice head. The aroma has a sweetness up front with honey, citrus and pleasent hops. Taste is fantastic. It has a candy like quality of caramel and citrus. There is some faint pine and malt. The finish is ultra smooth and has a great finish. Picked up 3 sixers so far and going for more.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Gold orange color with thin white head, strong citrus fruit aromas, lots of orange and hints of lemon. Taste is pretty hoppy with citrus and pine notes, slight caramel malt finish, strikes me as more of an IPA. Good beer

Sprucy and orange aroma of hops. Pale amber color with white head. Taste is balanced and smooth. Strong pine taste with come caramel malt undertones. The bitterness is throughout but a definite lasting. I enjoy it.

4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tangerine, orange, citron, mint leaf in the nose. Very spicy rye bread, pepper, green onion. Sweet with a balanced base.
The appearance is pale yellow, with a big head and watery lace. A ton of carbonation.
The flavor is peppery rye malt, followed by spicy orange peel and grapefruit. Tea leaves, with a very bitter finish, but in a sweetly perfumey way.
The palate is slick, and thicker than you might think because it’s so smooth. A superior, citrusy ale with a beautiful balance. Terrific.

Golden orange with a good amount of white head. Great nose of pine and resin - flavors of grapefruit and other citrus fruits. Good amount of bitterness and nicely balanced. I hope they continue to brew this beer every year as I really enjoyec it.

Bottle shared by a friend. Pours a clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma of spicy hops to the point it’s giving off some onion notes. Some malt in there as well. Malty and oniony flavor with a bit of booze and an apricot character before a grapefruit finish.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
they were right, this did suck. +++ Sampled on draft at the Headkeeper in Greensburg PA this beer poured a yellow-amber color with a medium sized foamy off white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was intensely strong catbox and windex with no redeeming features. The flavor redeemed itself a bit with semi-sweet pine, resin and lemon and moderate notes of perfume, windex and table sugar. The finish was long with mixed hops and turned a bit dry. Moderately full bodied.. Yep, it sucks.

this beer is major hop head, the aroma is pure citrus. lots of grapefruits. taste is straight forward hoppiness yet with very little astringent aftertaste. this beer is for the hardcore hop head.
