3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Slightly cloudy hay colored with minimal head. Almost looks like a light wheat beer...similarities stop there. Nice citrus floral hop and earthy malt nose. Full bodied palate and very well balanced IPA. Just a touch of the rye. Delicious.

4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
In first pour, a clear, straw color with a pale white head. Amazing nose - citrus and passion fruit, almost like bubble gum. While mouth feel was a bit flat, overall beer was easy drinking and buried any hint of the alcohol.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Aroma has notes of pine, resin, spicy rye and toasted cereal malts. Golden light amber hue with an average white head that mostly diminished and left good lace. Flavor is medium sweet and very bitter. Palate is full bodied and oily with average carbonation. Overall a good spicy brew.

On tap at Eddie’s Roadhouse. Pours a yellow golden color with a 1 finger white head. Aroma of piney hops and tropical citrus fruit. Flavor is a great balance of hop bitterness, grapefruit/pineapple sweetness and a little malt. Body was to light to medium with moderate carbonation. Overall a very drinkable beer with a great balanced flavor.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours an amazing golden amber with a small amount of head. Aroma is amazingly seductive with a lots floral tones and smaller amounts of citrus. Amazing bitter taste that persists through the finish. Theres lots of citrus and a bit of a resin near the ned Ends with a sweet finish that really helps to complement the earlier tastes. Awesome beer got to go get it on tap!!

12oz bottle into snifter glass. Deep amber’ish golden color with off-white head. Aroma of heavy hops (tropical, citrus, grapefruit, resin). Taste is very hoppy, nicely balanced with sweet malt backbone. Thin-medium mouth-feel medium carbonation with sharp finish. Very good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JAN 31, 2013 12 oz. bottle. Pours a tremendous, rapidly collapsing white head, with some lacing, over a clear gold (SRM 5) body....nose is heavy grapefruit, grapefruit peel, pine, resin, bit of turpentine.....taste is heavy grapefruit peel, pine, resin, light toffee/caramel, citrus sweetness, finishing with a moderate bitterness....mouth feel medium, slightly creamy, minimal astringency, alcohol hidden, carbonation makes a foamy, creamy mouthful. This is an interesting hop profile, with the citrus tones in ascendancy over the often present pine, resin. The hops were done with a deft hand as the aroma, and flavor of the hops did not lead to heavy, heavy bitterness. They were so big as to hide the rye, however. The result is a hop forward beer with light contribution from the malt backbone. It is not well balanced between the two. BJCP 8/3/13/4/7
