| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | May 2, 2008 From a 12-oz. bottle, this pours a clear, deep ruby-brown with a khaki head. Nice lacing. Sweet aroma with hints of ripe fruit and caramel corn. Tofee-like malt predominates in the taste with relatively mild hopping in the followup; kind of like a mellowed version of Bigfoot. Very smooth and almost creamy. Very good. WesKBob (321), Bethany, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 1, 2008 Pours a dark reddish brown with lots of carbonation, but a very thin, quickly dissipating head. A moderate toasted malt aroma with some light hints of coffee. Flavor is of coffee malt, with just a bit of sweetness and acidity. A little too fizzy for my taste. Nothing special.
