Bottled. Poured fiery reddish-copper with an off-white head and slight legs running down the glass. The aroma was sweet and strong with brown sugar and caramel upfront.. deeper rummy undertones.. not too complex, but I certainly enjoyed it. Warm caramel and molasses in the flavor department with strong, but well-executed alcohol currents.. herbal and spicy notes on the edges.. long finish. Syrupy and thick on the palate with an herbal and boozy bite to it.. a tad sharp/rough, but good overall.

On tap at The Gingerman: Rice Village location. Pours a deep brown/Red with a small tan head that took its time fading. Smells of malt with a sticky sweet ripe fruit undertone. Tastes of thick malt, caramel sweet with an overripe fruit aftertaste. okay.

Pours dark amber. Toasty sweet caramel malts, mild hop bitterness on top. Hides the alcohol really well. Decent beer, not entirely interesting or rememberable but good nonetheless.

Bottle - Dark brown color with a thin tan and quickly departing head. Candied sugar and alcohol aroma. Creamy mouthfeel and I like the carbonation level. However, I was turned off by the overwhelming alcohol flavor. Unfriendly finish that leaves you wating before the next sip.

On tap at Vintage Estates. Dark amber brown color with a really creamy off-white head and great lacing. Really strong caramel nose with a little bit of grain. Sweet caramel flavor with some peach notes and an extremely dry feel on the tongue. A really buttery creamy mouthfeel with a mild bitter finish.
