4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Sweet floral citrus aroma, but not strong like an IPA. Very attractive light copper color with a thick off white head. First taste is hops, malt, then alcohol. The high alcohol content really helps bring this beer to life. Malty for an american style, good caramel and bread, maybe some nuts if I try hard enough, haha. Very pleasant and drinkable for the alcohol content. I will enjoy this one again.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: The body is a clear amber with a dense and short light tan head.
Aroma: The aroma skews fruity with grapefruit. orange and honeydew with a hint of graham cracker malts.
Taste: Big malt base gives a graham cracker and caramel sweetness, some honey and brown sugar on the finish. Overlying that is bitter orange with a slightly honeydew and orange marmalade finish.
Palate: Full-bodied, moderately carbonated.
Overall: This is a damn fine beer that drinks way lower in alcohol than it is, I’d guess around 7%-8%. The price is great as well. I will buy this again.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: pours a nice reddish copper color with a light tan head. Aromas are nice citrus and floral notes. The taste is nice and big... The bitterness hides the alcohol very well. It’s has some syrupy notes and a bit of a spice flavor going on too. I love the story behind the beer, the beer itself is good, but might be forgettable.

4.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Describes as especially bitter, but the malt backbone makes this a surprisingly sweet (in a completely non-cloying way) ale. It certainly does not suggest as big a beer as it is. Dangerously drinkable.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a clear amber. Has a floral hop and pine aroma. Starts very malty and then fades to dark fruits, floral hops, and grapefruit. The aftertaste is very unique as it overwhelmingly bitter from malt and hops, but it also has a hint of dark fruits (cherry) in there that fades fast.

Pours a clear amber orange with a foamy tan head. Smells of bread, citrus, hint of cherry and floral herbs. Taste is bitter and sweet, mildly sour - fruit and hops, followed by a thick bread.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Drank from bottle. Nose is citrus, hops, and resin. Taste has a heavy orange presence a little sweet on the tongue with a dry and mildly bitter finish that doesn’t linger. Amazing beer

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft - Orange and some grain. Clear orange with little white head. Orange, caramel and and little spice with a touch of bitterness. A little syrupy and odd.
