COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brewed this especially bitter ale in dedication to all the world’s would-be astronauts, in remembrance of the 2005 St. Patrick’s Day Massacre on the Brewery Party Grounds and also in joyous celebration of our 20-day suspension that following January. Do the crime. Do the time. Get the bragging rights. Cheers!

Well done. Pours red/caramel with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma is primarily pine with notes of caramel. Finish is sweet caramel and bitter hops.

Tap at Muddy Waters. A beautiful beer with a healthy amount of head and a definitive copper color. Smell has a decent hop presence. A lot of sweetness in this one. A little bitterness to offset the sweet. Great finish. Maybe the strongest offering from this brewery. Strong recommendation.

A big fan of Lagunitas, this had a similar hop profile as their other brews. Has a froathy, white head with a copper amber hue. Nose is of heavy citrus and pine. Incredibly smooth and not bitter despite it’s heavier body. Has a full mouth, almost creamy texture to it with a moderate finish.

has a strong heavy hop aroma. taste is a hop grapefruit, maybe a hint of caramel. not to shabby.

The investigation was shut down because this strong ale killed the suspect. Still, at 9.7% it’s surprisingly smooth. Aesthetically this is a beautiful beer with a deep amber tint and a head that never ends. Taste ? If you like bitter and balanced, then this beer is home. I don’t tend to drink such hopped beers, but this one is quite nice with hits of floral, citrus, and spice all at once. I can handle one. If I drink another, I’ll be convicted.

Solid, bitter floral hops, balanced by smooth caramel. Other flavors of pine, citrus peel and sweet lemons. The hop bitterness really balances this beer out well. Crisp, and the alcohol is present but smooth.

Poured from bottle to glass. Amber hue with creamy white head that remains fluffy. Aroma is huge caramel, orange, melon, sugar, tangerine, honey, pine, ripe sweet limes. Mouthfeel is fantastic with a medium body and great carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness throughout with a nice bitter following and a nicely blended ethanol finish. Overall this is a wonderfully fantastic I2PA.

Bottle to shaker. Clear, red-copper. Sweet brown sugar, malty. Bitter palate with hops on the finish.

Tap at Bulldog in St Paul. Pours clear dark copper. Thin tan head with good lacing. Hoppy aroma and taste. Strong flavor.
