COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brewed this especially bitter ale in dedication to all the world’s would-be astronauts, in remembrance of the 2005 St. Patrick’s Day Massacre on the Brewery Party Grounds and also in joyous celebration of our 20-day suspension that following January. Do the crime. Do the time. Get the bragging rights. Cheers!

Could smell the hops from 3 feet away after I poured this. Medium brown/ caramel in color. Sweet, fruity hops in the nose. Flavor closely follows. Good malt backbone for balance. A great, hoppy version of an American Strong Ale. Alcohol well hidden- esp at almost 10%! Good beer.

Nice amber pour with a good sized off-white head that laces well. Slightly acidic aroma of citrus, pine and grass. Very hoppy, bitter flavor with a good balance of some sweet caramel malts.

Aroma is of fresh hops, floral notes, alcohol, and light sweetness. Color is a translucent red with a lasting thin head. Taste is very bitter with some light fruit at the end. Hops hit your mouth hard and tingly. Not very balanced overall. At 9.75% it would do the job, though.

Pours dark brownish amber with a small creamy head. Aroma is thick, fruity, syrupy, and vineous with woody, piney hops-pretty much like a barley wine. Flavor is super thick and roasty like a barley wine as well and has a notable dark fruity presence combined with very flavorful hops.

Tastes very warm, more spicy than bitter. Malty caramel sweetness. Worth trying, I suppose.

Dark amber colour with a large, creamy head. Aroma of hops with pine, citrus, caramell and grass. Also some floral notes and fruits and berries. A light smell of elder flower. Taste of caramel, toffee, syrup and hops togheter with light, sweet fruits and berries. A sweet and "sticky" mothfeel with a smooth background taste with a hoppy bitterness. A bitterness that makes a good balance to the sweet notes. Incredibly good.

Tap. Heavy pine, citrusy, lemons in the nose. Starts off sweet with heavy caramel notes, some fruit, apricot?. Finishes sweet then bitter with an alcohol overtone. Really tasty

Pour a rusty brown with a fluffy head. The nose is floral hops. The pallet is malt,

Appearance is deep amber with a thick white foam cap. Aroma is all hop... More earthy, herbal, and citrus. Taste is grassy, earthy, onion, with slight bit of pine. Mouthfeel is fairly high. Finish is a soft hop bitterness following by intense alcohol warmth. As the beer warms the alcohol finish becomes very noticeable and leaves a stinging sensation

Dark amber colour. Fresh aroma with hints of a modern IPA with flowers and citrus which leaps from the glass. The flavour has a nice caramel element to it which leads on to a balanced and soft but still powerful bitterness kicks in. The finish has good kick to it. A slightly medicinal feel, but still pleasant. Very nice.
