This beer pours with an orangey amber color. Clear. The foam head is better than average that fades to a wisp, good lacing all the way down the glass. There is a big hop aroma present, spicy with floral and citrus undertones. I don’t detect too much in way of maltiness here. Bitter hops up front with good floral hop finish. Some maltiness can be tasted but you have to look for it. This is a nice full body beer that is smooth and clean. Plenty of flavor and a low alcohol persence make drinking a couple of these babies real nice. Drink well my friends

Flaska via CraftBeer.se. Klar bärnstensfärgad vätska med vitt skum som hänger med. Doftar grönpeppar och röda bär. Smakar peppar utan pepprighet. Balanseras av sötma och en maltig känsla. Riktigt god!

Tasted from bottle. Pours a clear dark orange with white head. Aroma is citrus, pine and a sweet caramel notes. Taste is a pretty sweet for a IPA. Definitely more malty sweetness than most IPAs. Caramel, biscuits, toffee dominate the flavor with citrus, pine and floral hops in there as well. Medium bodied. A pretty good tasting beer but I wouldn't put it as a top tier IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg. Pours amber, with a one finger off white head which persists. Lots of fruit and hops in the aroma- pine, lemon, orange and grapefruit. Hoppy bitter taste, plenty of fruits, medium to full mouthfeel, lots of carbonation. Tasty.

Had it on draft. Not bad but doesn't really seem to have an IPA taste, kind of mild on first taste, not much of an aftertaste, I expected more from it, wish I could trade it back for Shipyard monkey fist IPA or hoptical illusion ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear copper orange with a large off-white head. Smells piney and resinous with hints of citrus. Taste is resinous and orange. Medium-bodied with a slick texture and mild mouth-carbonation, Lagunitas IPA finishes with a soft citrus bitter note.
