[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, berad, malty, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty caramel bread, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]

Clear amber beer with a suddy head. Semi soft palate - a little dry. Typical good Lagunitas balance. Toffee malt and fresh grassy hops. Finishes dry. Lagunitas strike again!

Draft at the Black Squirrel. Amber color, beige head. Aroma of citrus, pine, light smoke. Taste is very malty but with a bitter dry finish. Nice.
