Jahrhunderte lang würzten die Menschen Bier mit verschiedenen Kräutern wie wildem Rosmarin oder Beifuß. Diese Zutaten verleihen dem Bier ein krautig-würziges aber mildes Aroma. Unser Grutbier ist obergärig gebraut und unfiltriert, um die gesunden Inhaltsstiffe zu erhalten.

Bottle sampled at Festival der Bierkulturen, Koln. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very herbal with fruity notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr würzig, Minze, Kräuter. Geschmack nach Kräutern, Minze und Gewürzen.

Thanks to Roman for sharing. Pours a clear pale yellow with a tiny head. Smell is anise, honey, pineapple and pine needles - unusual combo. Taste is sassafras, mint, orange. Finishes a bit dry - very interesting. Body is light with mild carbonation. Overall an interesting beer that ends up being too minty.

Minimal hopfiger Antrunk, ansonsten nach Pfefferminztee. Im weiteren Verlauf weiter nach Tee, Pfefferminze, Eukalyptus, etwas bitter. Bis in dem Nachgeschmack hinein unverändert. Nicht überzeugend. 7/5/8/5/8/5
