COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Bottle at One Pint Pub) Poured brown and clear. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma was quite metallic and malty. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, mildly metallicness, grass, hint of chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. Quite hoppy for a bock.

500ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Kölsch days 2010)
Very dry aroma, husky, heading towards metallic. Smooth palate, roasty, slightly nutty retronasals, sweetish and not displaying the metallic flaws in the aroma. Some toffee, ginger hints too. However, it’s a bit oxidised. Full body, but very dry. Husky and almost burnt finish. Spoilt by the oxidised aroma, but otherwise a really tasty dunkel.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Deep amber colour, not that much head. Aroma is caramel, some skunkyness, mild earth and yeast. Flavour is quite much the same. Did have some metallic notes when cold, but those disappeared when it warmed up a bit.
