Thanks to JohnGalt1 for his outstanding beer hunting skills. He brings us a couple Laht Neppur brews back in mason jars how awesome is that?? Pours out a dark brown topped with a small off-white head. Aroma was of roast malts, nut, some wood, a little sweetness, and peat. Taste was more of the peat, some sweetness, and a nuts.

Another 2010 Mason Jar from the brewery, thanks JohnGalt1!! - Pours a dk hazy cola brown with a small off white head...aroma is roasted grain, peat and lt smoke, malty plums?, flavour is sweet roasted malt, peat, light crystal malt, earthy graininess...I’m not the biggest Scotch Ale fan, but this was another sleeper hit with me, very tasty and drinkable!

Taster - Laht Neppur Brewing - Waitsburg WA - Good balance with the malt/hops. A good flavor it did come across a tad watery. I did get some earthy tones but very faint.
