Smell of raisins, malt, syrup. Hazy amber colour, high beige head. Aroma of syrup, metal, some hops. Sweet with some bitterness. Lively carbon.

Bottle. Aroma is caramel, malts and some oak. Flavor is malty, muted hoppiness that becomes vegetable-like after the a few sips and after warming. Aftertaste is metallic. Drinkable when cold but too much vegetable flavor after warming.

Pours clear copper with medium head. Aroma is pea, vegetables, malts. Some hops. Flavor is dark bread, malts some hops. Waterish palate.

Bottle 33 cl. Amber clear with a minimum orange head. Aroma of floral hops, caramel and metal. Light bitter taste with a ok caramelish end

Thanks to Finn for 330ml bottle of this one. Flip-off cork. Close to golden-brown coloured body. One-finger, off-white head. Plain caramel malty nose. Mixture of herbal hops, almond and caramel sweetness to the taste buds. Short dry ending. Soft carbonated. Easy going (Tromsø, 09.03.2013).

Bottle from Alko, Kemi. Part of small brewery beer sortiment 2013. Clear, deep copper colour. White, dissapearing bubbly head. Faint aroma of caramel malts with wooden notes and house flavour (everyone should know this by now). Taste has wood, malts and guess what, the house flavour. Theres some grassy hops too. Decent body. I don’t actually know if it’s better or worse than the lower ABV version but glad i’s propably a special one-time brew only.

33cl bottle, bbe 16.01.14. Copper color, creamy dirty white head. Aroma is caramel malty, hoppy and light bready. As it gets warmer, the pea soup notes kickes in. Flavor has bisquit, nuts, caramel, hops. Short finish, light to medium body. Quite ok.

0,33l bottle from Alko. Pours clear amber with a medium head. Aroma is malts with some fruits. Flavor is malts with some fruits and a slightly hoppy finish. Decent.

Pours clear copper-amber color with a small rapidly dissipating head. Aroma of stalk, some faint caramel, mild nutty notes, distant floral hops and some mild fruits. Flavor of nuts, some bready notes, stalk, dry fruity notes and some caramel. Medium carbonation, dry nutty finish. Not a complete failure but I’m fairly certain I won’t buy this again.
