Smells like communion wine and appearance is underwhelming - almost no head despite many carbonation bubbles. Very unique flavor - a mix of champagne and beer that was spilled on a bar table then poured into a glass. Can’t say I would recommend this one nor ever try it again.

Very clear straw color. Lots of nuts in the flavor, closer to a brown ale than it looks. Light but sticky texture with carbonated zip that blends with the hops. Quick finish. Decent cream ale, especially when cold.

12oz bottle. pours a straw bright yellow. thin liquid. not much on the nose, what you’d expect from a cream ale.. bread, grain, and a little funky. grainy/bread flavor with a slight, slight hint of noble hops on the finish.

Straw gold with white head. Pale malts, light fruitiness, light grain, and faint grassy hops. Flavor is pale malts, light cereal grain, and matching generic hop bitterness. Light grainy burn. Overall, a success for the style. Have had much, much worse.

Bottle from our good friends at Timer’s Liquor in Racine: My brother put me on to this one. I owe him one! This is OK, but nothing to write home about. Nice honey in a blonde wig. The wig comes off early and the ladder on the glass ain’t go’in to work for any elopemnt!. Nice color, fair aroma, cardboard finish. Not hoppy enough for my tastes. Good try, but I will leave my shekels on some other night stand. Prosit!

Extremely average looking pour. Super strong nose of caramel. Flavor of light caramel and metal. Some hops. This is kind of unusual, but not really very good.

Pours to a medium head and faint golden color. There’s a fairly strong aroma of caramel that isn’t particularly pleasant. Taste is a light to medium bitter, with the caramel scent continuing. Highly carbonated. Long, bitter finish. Seems to be pretty typical for the style.

Clear pale straw color with a very thin head. Light fruity, creamy malt aroma. Flavor is crisp and doughy malt with a light, grassy finish. Creamy yet light bodied with a good tingle of carbonation. Don’t expect more than it is; this isn’t a winter warmer to sip by the fire, it’s a cream ale that goes down very easy and I will definitely have another.

Pours a clear gold with thin white head. Aroma is light and malty. Flavor doesn’t bring a whole lot more to the table.

12 ounce bottle from Badger in Beloit. Pours a pale hazy yellow color with a thin head that fades quickly. Aroma of grain, corn and faint hops. The taste is grain, corn, grassy hops. Watery and thin.
