Fine malt grain aroma,hints of the corn adjunct,taste is grainey ,slightly sweet has an almost wheat like tang to it,very drying at the finish, sweetness is honey like. I’ll take this over Spotted Cow

Sep 7, 2008 Pours a hazy pale golden with a tiny filmy white head. Aroma is lightly sweet, peaty, light malt and astringent bitterness. The flavor is corn, light citrus, grassy, pepper and light honey. Abrupt light sweet finish. Light bodied, creamy texture.

Sep 7, 2008 Appearance of lightly cloudy honey with a small soapy head and some visible yeast. Aroma is yeast and lemon. Flavors are corn, mandarin orange, caramel, and spice. Not an exciting style and this beer fits right in.

Jul 8, 2008 Nice, and I agree with the prior rater that I’d take it over Spotted Cow. From the tap at Beerfest in Chilton. Nice and smooth, with a pale yellow color.

Jul 6, 2008 Golden hazy color. Smell of corn bread, sugar, honey buns and spice. Taste of honey, creamed corn , pepper, hops and minor fruit.
