Pale yellow body white head. Borderline grossly sweet aroma, rotting bread. Taste is initially kind of sweet and bready then finishes very watery. Bottom shelf beer.

On tap at the Ottawa beer fest. it pours a clear amber brown with a bready caramel aroma. The taste is sweet caramel then a light bitterness before veering back to sweet. Meh, average.

2014-07-14. Golden amber body with a nice white head. 3+ Sort of caramel sweet malt notes in the aroma. Something I can’t quite place. Flavour is similar, odd sort of toasty caramel malt, on the sweet side. Average plus bodied palate. Okay. Can from LCBO, Toronto

A pretty decent drink for a pale lager. Nice wheat aromas and flavors. Some soft fruit notes as well. Ok.

Aroma is some graininess and light sulphur notrs. Pretty bland. Taste is much the same with light roastiness and a very basic malt profile. Some light bland bitterness on finish. Appearance is a light straw yellow body with a pearl bubbly head that retains fairly poorly.

Clear yellow pour, thin white head that dissipates quickly. Grain and cardboard aroma. Taste is mild grains, some mild sweetness. Light body, fizzy carbonation.

473ml can. Definitely an American style light(er) lager, but it is much more flavourful and has more body than any macro lightish lager I can think of. Some slightly vegetable tasting bitterness I wasn’t crazy about, but some toasted grain on the finish. Overall, it was very much a lager, but you could do much worse.
